Buggy and broken

Im a developer and this is killing me. Instead of spending time debugging my app, Im trying to debug TestFlight. I initially put myself as a public tester. Then when trying to switch my profile to internal testing, the app wont install. I invite myself, but TestFlight just gives me an open button but the app is not on my device to open (I deleted it to erase the cache). Incredibly frustrating guys that I cant even test my own app on my own device through your broken system.
